X-Ray Risk is committed to protecting your online privacy. We feel it is important for you to know how we handle the information we receive from you via the internet. You can visit X-Ray Risk without revealing any personal information. However, providing your e-mail address will allow you to save your imaging history and edit your imaging history at a later date. When registering with X-Ray Risk we also ask that users enter in their year of birth and sex. We do not require your birthday, name or any personal identifying information.
Use of IP Addresses
We collect and log the IP address of all visitors to X-Ray Risk. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. IP addresses allow computers and servers to recognize and communicate with one another. We collect IP address information so that we can properly administer our system and gather aggregate information about how our site is being used, including the pages users are viewing. This aggregate information may be shared with advertisers, sponsors and other businesses. To maintain your anonymity, we do not associate IP addresses with records containing user information.
You may be asked to complete a survey when you visit X-Ray Risk. We use information from surveys to better understand the needs of our users and to gather information about health care trends and issues. We may share information from surveys in an aggregated, de-identified form with third parties with whom we have a business relationship.
X-Ray Risk does not provide any third party access to your IP address and e-mail address. We may provide third parties with aggregate statistics about our visitors, traffic patterns and related site information. These data reflect site-usage patterns gathered during visits to our Web site each month, but they do not contain identifying information about any individual member.
X-Ray Risk may contain links to websites operated by third parties. X-Ray Risk has no control over the privacy policies and practices of such third party sites, and if you have any concerns, you are urged to review the terms of those sites for more information about the policies applicable to those sites.
Registered users are required to provide an e-mail address. This address may be used for sending users their personal risk report, notifying users of changes to the site, or asking them to participate in a survey. Users e-mail addresses will not be shared with third parties.

However, no data transmission over the Internet, or wireless transmission, or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please note that AngioCalc cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to AngioCalc via its website, and you do so at your own risk.
